Hot Pot Checklist

Da bin lo is the sum of many, many small parts and moving pieces. Between all the sauces, the plentiful dipping ingredients, and the tableware you’ll need to plate them, it can be easy to lose track of a thing or two. That’s why we created this handy checklist!

What’s in a Hot Pot Kit?

  • 1 or 2 tabletop butane burners
  • 1 or 2 butane canisters, plus
  • 1 for backup
  • 1 or 2 Perfect Pots
  • 6 medium bowls
  • 6 sets chopsticks
  • 6 “fish nets” or wire mesh baskets
  • 6 linen or cloth napkins
  • Broth
  • Napa cabbage
  • Chrysanthemum leaves
  • Dandelion leaves
  • Lotus root
  • Enoki mushrooms
  • Woon Chewy Noodles
  • Sliced rib eye
  • Meatballs
  • Fish balls
  • Sliced salmon
  • Cubed tofu
