Pear Spritz

Pear Spritz

Pear Spritz

I firmly believe that spritzes have just as much business showing up in the winter months as they do in the summer. Swap the bright aperitivos for sweet and earthy nectars and there you have it: a wintry spritz that’s no less celebratory. Since everyone has varying preferences of sweetness levels, I recommend starting with a pear juice that has zero added sugars. You can easily increase the sweetness with a bit of maple syrup should you (or any of your guests) desire.
