What You'll Need
Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes, quartered
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
2 carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
2 celery stalks, chopped into 3-inch pieces
¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
½ lemon, peeled
Directions
Step 1
Wash and prep all ingredients. Remove pepper seeds and stems, peel the lemon and carrots, and chop everything into small, even pieces.
Step 2
Layer your hopper: parsley and tomatoes on the bottom, bell pepper and celery in the middle, carrots and lemon on top.
Step 3
Place the pulp cup and juice cup under their respective spouts, then turn the juicer to ON.
Step 4
Use the tamper to gently press ingredients down, alternating soft and firm produce for smoother juicing.
Step 5
Stir to combine and serve chilled.
