Garden Harvest Juice

A bright, savory mix that tastes like peak-season produce. Tomato, bell pepper, and herbs create a clean, vegetable-forward juice with just a squeeze of lemon for balance.

What You'll Need

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped into 3-inch pieces

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves

  • ½ lemon, peeled

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prep all ingredients. Remove pepper seeds and stems, peel the lemon and carrots, and chop everything into small, even pieces.

Step 2

Layer your hopper: parsley and tomatoes on the bottom, bell pepper and celery in the middle, carrots and lemon on top.

Step 3

Place the pulp cup and juice cup under their respective spouts, then turn the juicer to ON.

Step 4

Use the tamper to gently press ingredients down, alternating soft and firm produce for smoother juicing.

Step 5

Stir to combine and serve chilled.
