What You'll Need

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup dried apricots, rough chopped about ¼-inch pieces
  • ½ cup sweetened banana chips, rough chopped about ¼-inch pieces
  • ½ cup raw almonds, rough chopped
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup superfine almond flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the large Wonder Oven® to 325°F on Bake.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the oats, fruits, and chopped almonds. Set aside.

Step 3

In your mini Perfect Pot over medium-low heat, add the syrup, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Gently heat for 1 minute, whisking to combine, until the liquid barely comes to a simmer. Pour the hot liquid over the oat mixture and stir to combine. Add the almond flour and stir again to evenly combine.

Step 4

Evenly spread the granola on the bake pan. Place in the preheated oven’s middle slot for a total of 30 minutes until the granola is golden brown in color. While baking, remove the pan and stir the granola every 10 minutes to ensure it bakes evenly.

Step 5

When done, remove the granola from the oven and allow it to fully cool before storing in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
