What You'll Need

Ingredients (per flavor)

  • ½ cup fresh juice (cherry, lime, orange, or strained raspberry purée)

  • 1½ tablespoons grass-fed beef gelatin powder

  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder

  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

Juicing Notes

  • Cherry : Use jarred cherries—blend and strain if needed.

  • Lime & Orange : Fresh-squeezed.

  • Raspberry : Blend and pass through a sieve to remove seeds.

Directions

Step 1

Prep your juice : Juice your citrus, blend and strain raspberries, and set aside ½ cup of each fruit juice or purée.

Step 2

Dissolve the gelatin : In a small saucepan (such as the Mini Perfect Pot), add ½ cup juice and 1½ tbsp gelatin. Heat gently over low, whisking constantly until fully dissolved—about 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add collagen & agave : Turn off the heat. Whisk in 1 tbsp collagen powder and 1 tbsp agave syrup until fully incorporated.

Step 4

Cool slightly : Let the mixture cool for 1–2 minutes so it doesn't warp the molds.

Step 5

Fill your molds : Pour the mixture into silicone molds using a squeeze bottle or dropper. Repeat with remaining juice flavors.

Step 6

Chill : Transfer molds to the fridge and let set for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best texture.

Step 7

Unmold & serve : Pop gummies out of the molds. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
