Nature’s Gatorade

Recipe from Carina Finn

Nature’s Gatorade

Remember those sugary, syrupy sports drinks that came in flavors like “Glacier Freeze” or “X-Factor Orange?” Now you can make your own—without the artificial ingredients. These homemade electrolyte drinks are light, hydrating, and refreshing. They’re great after a workout or while lounging poolside, and come together in just a few minutes using ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
