Hong Kong Cocktail

Hong Kong Cocktail

Recipe from Keegan Fong & Mama Fong

Hong Kong Cocktail

On my last trip to Hong Kong, I stumbled upon a small bar in Kowloon that was serving a drink I will never forget. It was acidic, milky, and so refreshing. I’ve tried re-creating it ever since and this is as close as I can get. My version uses soda water, which adds a little bubbly to it. For those who don’t want the booze, just omit the alcohol from the recipe and it’s still a very enjoyable cocktail.

Servings

1 cocktail
