Infused Gin:

1 bottle dry gin
1-2 peaches, cut into wedges
1 small bunch of basil leaves

Gin & Tonic:

2 oz. peach and basil infused gin
3 oz. tonic water
crushed ice
peach slice and basil leaves for garnish

  1. Combine gin, peaches, and basil in a large carafe or jar and stir to mix.
  2. Let gin infuse for 3-4 days. Give it a stir once a day.
  3. Strain out gin through a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Add ice to glass along with gin and tonic water. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and basil leaves
