Peach and Basil infused Gin

What You'll Need

Ingredients

Infused Gin:

  • 1 bottle dry gin
  • 1-2 peaches, cut into wedges
  • 1 small bunch of basil leaves

Gin & Tonic:

  • 2 oz. peach and basil infused gin
  • 3 oz. tonic water
  • crushed ice
  • peach slice and basil leaves for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Combine gin, peaches, and basil in a large carafe or jar and stir to mix.

Step 2

Let gin infuse for 3-4 days. Give it a stir once a day.

Step 3

Strain out gin through a fine mesh strainer.

Step 4

Add ice to glass along with gin and tonic water. Garnish with a fresh peach slice and basil leaves
