Juicer Care & Use

Rinse After Juicing
Rinse components right after juicing to prevent pulp from drying and sticking. Fully remove the auger and open the silicone gasket located under the pulp spout so fibers don't get trapped underneath.

Clean Thoroughly
Use the included cleaning brush on the filter, gasket, and other hard-to-reach areas where buildup tends to collect. Focused scrubbing keeps parts clear, helps maintain performance, and extends the life of the juicer.

Layer Like This
Start with leafy greens or high-water fruits at the bottom, add fibrous produce in short cuts, and finish with dense ingredients on top. Smart layering improves juice extraction and makes cleanup easier.
FAQs / Troubleshooting
Most juicers make a mess and a racket. Ours does the opposite. Powered by a 250W high-efficiency motor, it quietly delivers maximum juice yield with minimal prep. The wide 5" chute fits whole fruits and veggies, while the 1.5-quart hopper lets you juice big batches hands-free—no constant reloading required. It’s the Our Place way: powerful, intuitive, and made beautiful.
Cold press juicing gently crushes and squeezes produce instead of shredding it at high speed. That means less heat, less oxidation, and more of the good stuff—nutrients, enzymes, and bright, fresh flavor. It’s also quieter, cleaner, and delivers smoother juice that stays fresh longer.
The Cold Press Batch Juicer is designed for fresh, high-water produce like apples, citrus, cucumbers, leafy greens, and root vegetables. Just remove hard pits, peel thick rinds, and chop long or fibrous stalks (like celery) into shorter pieces before juicing.
To protect the motor and preserve performance, skip frozen foods, ice, nuts, grains, bananas, avocados, or very starchy ingredients like potatoes or coconut — those aren’t made for cold pressing. Also avoid fruits preserved in alcohol, sugar, or honey, which can cause stickiness and mechanical issues.
See your user manual for the full ingredient guide and prep tips.
Cleanup is refreshingly easy. All removable parts—including the Tritan™ hopper, juice and pulp containers, tamper, and auger—are dishwasher-safe. Use the bonus cleaning brush to scrub the fine-mesh sieve, and simply wipe the motor base clean with a damp cloth.
After each use, make sure to clean the chute on the underside of the juicing bowl — it’s where pulp tends to collect. Pop open the small black silicone gasket on the pulp spout to clear out any residue, then plug it back in securely before your next use.
It’s likely just doing its job. The Safety Auto Stop feature turns the motor off if the hopper lid is opened or assembled incorrectly. The motor may also pause if it’s overheated from extended use—just let it cool for about 10 minutes before restarting. If ingredients jam, press REV to reverse the auger and clear the blockage.
Not at all. The 250W motor operates at a low speed, so you’ll hear a calm hum instead of a high-pitched whir. It’s quiet enough for early-morning juice without waking the house.
