For items purchased on our website: If you're looking to return any part of your order please click here within 100 days of your order being shipped to start a return. You are also able to email us with any questions or concerns regarding your order. To be eligible for a return, an original order number is required. Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund. 

For items purchased during a "gift with purchase" promotion: All items must be returned for a full refund. If you'd like to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount less the value of the gift when possible. If requested, please return all items including the gifted product for a refund. 

For items purchased from a partner or third party: Please reach out to the purchase partner for terms and conditions. Our Place is unable to provide refunds, replacements, or assist with purchases that are not directly from our store. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund. 
Returns typically take 3-4 business days to process and 2-5 business days once issued to appear on your card of purchase. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you received a confirmation of your refund and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Be sure to be checking the account linked to your card of purchase! Often times we find this is the culprit for "missing" refunds.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
