Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange any part of your purchase (or gift) for any reason, you may do so within 100 days of your order being shipped (for purchases made on our website) or date of purchase (for purchases made at an Our Place retail store). You are also able to email us with any questions or concerns regarding your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, an original order number is required. Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility or brought back to one of our retail stores. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

For items purchased during a "gift with purchase" promotion: All items must be returned for a full refund. If you'd like to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount less the value of the gift when possible. If requested, please return all items, including the gifted product, for a full refund.
For items purchased from a partner or third party: Our Place is unable to provide refunds, replacements, or assist with purchases made from a partner or third party. Please reach out to the partner for their respective terms and conditions governing returns and exchanges.
Items marked as final sale, or gift cards, are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Returns/exchanges can only be done in the country of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.
Returns of gifted products will be refunded in the form of store credit for the purchased amount. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
We do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return if your order did not qualify for free shipping. Please note all returns must be shipped in a box, so we recommend holding onto your original packaging.
