Cooking

Use low-to-medium heat for optimal results. The aluminum bodies heat quickly and evenly.
Never heat empty cookware. Use a small amount of high-smoke-point oil or butter when cooking.
Cookware bodies are oven safe up to 450°F. The Dual Handle Always Pan’s glass lid is oven safe up to 425°F.
Do not use under the broiler.
Avoid aerosol sprays to protect the ceramic nonstick coating.
Use wooden or silicone utensils. Do not use metal utensils.
Use caution when handling. Handles and knobs may become hot during stovetop use or in the oven. Always use heat protection when handling hot cookware.

Cleaning

Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe.
Let it cool completely before cleaning.
Avoid harsh scrubbing, scours, and abrasive cleaning agents. Soapy water and a sponge should do the trick.
