"We really loved our smaller wonder oven (although it died after only two years). We decided to try the larger version and the additional capacity is nice but the seals are horrible and steam just pours out and puddles on the counter. Our Place says this is "normal" so if so I'd stay away."

"Since I’ve been pleased with my first Wonder Oven purchase, I ordered a second for our mountain cabin. It arrived in an intact box and was very well packed. Once unpacked, there were two dents in the upper panel. I was unable to slide in the trays as the oven sides were torqued. I initiated a return and was advised by Our Place to choose the return reason as “delivery issues”. Since the box was undamaged, I think this oven was shipped in a damaged state, which wasn’t acknowledged by Our Place, even after a follow up email. The refund process takes up to three weeks from the time of initiating return. After researching top rated air fryers, I decided to buy a Cuisinart 26L 10-in-1 Digital Air Fryer Oven. After using it this weekend, I will rate the Cuisinart at five stars. The quality and functionality of the Wonder Oven pales in comparison. And the Costco price for the Cuisinart is $159 compared to the Wonder Oven at $234."
