I love the 3 tray system and there’s a little water reservoir on top to help moisten food like chicken wings. It’s relatively easy to clean. Also the customer service has been extraordinary. If nothing else, I’d continue to shop here based on customer service alone. Luckily for me the products have been great and high quality."

"This oven is compact and powerful. So far I have made toast- watch it, but pretty great results. I am trying to figure out the correct time- 4 minutes maybe? Air frying frozen sweet potatoes and tater tots has been a success if following the bag instructions. Baking chicken has been good as well, but I'd love more easy to follow recipes and short videos on how to clean up or make it less messy. I use the extra blue pan I purchased under the air fry basket to catch grease, chicken drips and crumbs. That means I have to wash both and it is hard to get those pans out of the oven considering the other pan will drip or you will drip grease across the counter if you remove the air fry basket first. I think if more very brief videos come out about cooking, cleaning and recipes I will adore this oven that doesn't heat up the kitchen too much and is multi functional. How do you clean the air fry basket well? Getting chicken off is not easy. Thanks so much and any information about how non toxic the pans are would be appreciated."

"I wanted to get away from the amount of oil required for our cast iron skillet and I did! As my first test I just cracked eggs onto the surface and baked them. They slid right off! No oil needed to bake them in muffin tins as well. Be careful with timing, it takes MUCH less time to cook things which is a beautiful thing. The toaster is even great! From roasting veggies to air frying chicken wings, the Wonder Oven has it all covered."
