"I purchased this set in char color and I use it all the time when cooking. Non stick and so easy to clean. I will never use anything else. Our Place is the best and I recommend anything they sell. Shipping is fast, packaging is high end. I am so pleased with this griddle pan and oven rack!"

Follow the instructions and add just a touch of oil prior to cooking on it and you'll find it is the perfect baking sheet. I've used it for eggplant Parmesan, roasted veggies in the oven, re-heating roasted veggies on the stove top and it cooks and cleans like a dream. Just keep metal away and follow the instructions and you'll want the entire set."
