"Customer service in this company is the worst but I had a previous model and was not given a new one or product support despite the issue being common. I decided to buy the pro instead and during that purchase also received horrible customer service when the tracking information was missing products. So buy this great air fryer but know you won’t get any support during or after purchase."

It works awesome, is very quiet, and all the different pans are very functional. I have had zero issues with it so far. I love that it’s completely nontoxic and I want to try other things from our place now."
